Sir John Parker, Chairman of National Grid Transco will officially open NO-DIG LIVE 2004 and PIPELINES 2004 Exhibitions on Tuesday 28 September. The opening will take place immediately after the early Breakfast Forum on Reducing Streetworks Disruption where Sir John is also one of the keynote speakers.
